At the end of the month I like to look back on where I’ve been and what I’ve done. On how I felt and what was on my mind. I could have posted these photos on Instagram, but I didn’t. Usually February is a bit of a difficult month, it’s not green yet, it’s still cold and the sunrise is terribly late. This year was different though. No, not the sunrise, no. But it was warm and sunny. There were blue skies, nature started to wake up. I even saw little lambs. This crazy early spring arrived in The Netherlands almost at the same time as I did. Lucky me!
The main reason of my visit to The Netherlands was work. It feels strange call it work, I gave two presentations, but yeah, I guess that’s work. Besides work I tried to visit as many friends as possible. When I’m meeting friends, I don’t really feel like taking photos, but at the same time it’s nice to have them. That’s always the thing, I know that I want it later, but don’t feel like it now. “Help me remember to take a selfie with you.” (why not doing it right away?) and then on my way home I get a message, “We forgot the selfie”.
Nonetheless, here’s me looking back on February, a few sweet weeks in The Netherlands.
